Key process: How to "insert" the chip
Putting a chip into a keychain is not just a simple matter of stuffing it in, but involves a mature manufacturing process:
Injection molding/compression molding: Initially, liquid or softened PVC material is injected through precise molds to form the main body of the keychain, with a cavity reserved inside for placing the chip and antenna.
Implanting the chip: Precisely place the NFC chip and the antenna coil connected to it into the reserved cavity. To ensure the stability of the chip, epoxy resin is sometimes filled for reinforcement.
Encapsulation and fixation: Finally, through techniques such as ultrasonic welding, the various parts of the keychain are firmly pressed together to form a sturdy whole. At this point, the chip is completely encapsulated inside, neither visible nor tangible, yet fully functional
